What is GoFLX?

GoFLX is a marketplace for discovering and booking fitness and wellness classes from independent studios near you. You see the studio’s actual class price up front — no credits, no conversions, no guessing what a class really costs.

How does GO NOW work?

GO NOW is last-minute availability. When a participating studio still has open spots close to class time, it can release them at a price it sets — up to 10 hours before the class starts. Studios taking part allocate at least 1 spot per class when seats remain. GO NOW classes are marked with the lightning badge so they are easy to spot.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Go is our free tier — you pay the studio’s class price plus a $1.50 booking fee, and that is the whole cost. FLX+ is optional, at $9.99 a month: it halves the booking fee to $0.75 and takes your GO NOW deals from 1 to 5 a month. It renews monthly and you can cancel anytime.

How do cancellations work?

Cancel at least 12 hours before the class starts and you get a full refund. Inside the 12-hour window, and for no-shows, the booking is not refunded — that window is what lets studios plan their classes and release spots to someone else in time.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment provider. GoFLX never stores your full card number on its own servers.

What happens if a class is cancelled by the studio?

If a studio cancels a class you have booked, you are refunded in full — the cancellation window applies to customer cancellations, not to the studio’s.

How do I list my studio?

Request a demo and we will walk you through it. Onboarding is three steps: tell us about your studio and set your preferences, add your class schedule and any open spots, then start accepting bookings.

What does GoFLX charge studios?

GoFLX takes a commission on each booking made through the platform, and there is no monthly platform fee during the pilot. We confirm your rate with you during onboarding. The exact commission applied to a booking is recorded with it, so a later pricing change never rewrites your history.

Do I set my own prices?

Yes. You control your class pricing and your GO NOW pricing. GoFLX shows customers the price you set — we do not convert it into credits or discount it without you.

Do I have to take part in GO NOW?

GO NOW is how studios fill spots that would otherwise go empty. Studios taking part release at least 1 spot per class when the class still has availability, within 10 hours of the start time — and you set the GO NOW price yourself.

When do studios get paid?

Payouts run through Stripe Connect to the bank account on your Stripe profile. Your dashboard shows the amount pending, what has already been paid out, and the fees applied to each booking. We will confirm the exact payout schedule with you during onboarding.

Do I need to replace my current booking software?

Accepted Answer

No. The GoFLX studio portal works on its own, so you can manage availability there from day one without waiting on an integration. Connections to other scheduling tools are on the roadmap.
